An official SEE Ashford badminton club’s meeting was held at Stour Centre, Ashford Kent at 2.30 pm on Sunday, 7th of January, 2018 before the weekly club that normally takes place every Sunday at the same venue.
The main aim of the meeting was to form an executive board and discuss the future commitment of the club.
The meeting was run by Bimala Limbu, who was a founder of the club as she started running the club since 2013 and board chose the following as executive members of the club:

- Vice President: Mrs Neesha Gurung
- Secretary: Mr Ram Prasad Limbu
- Treasurer: Mr Chitra Rai
- Coordinator: Mr Ajit Rai
